Point To Point Graphics

Print it here, in Durango.

Copies, printing, large-format and graphic design at a shop on Parker Avenue. Bring a file, a sketch, or a job that has to look right.

Large format, from banner to poster

Big prints are read from across a room or a street. Size the type for that distance, not for the screen you designed it on.

If you are not sure how large a sign or poster should be, call and describe where it will hang.

Copies and printing, short run or long

Flyers for Saturday, a stack of menus, forms for the office, a newsletter. Tell us the count, the size and when you need it in hand.

A printed proof is worth checking before a large run. Typos look different on paper.

Color on screen is not color on paper

Screens glow; paper reflects. Bright blues and greens on a monitor often print duller.

If a color has to match, bring a printed sample or a swatch number and say so up front.

Graphic design, if you need it

Some jobs arrive print-ready. Others arrive as a phone photo of a napkin. Both can end up on paper.

Bring your logo, your text and any photos you want used. Say who will read it and where.

Before you send a file

PDF is safest

Export a PDF with fonts embedded. Word and web files can shift when opened on another machine.

Leave room at the edge

If color runs off the page, extend it past the trim line. Keep text well inside it.

Photos need pixels

An image that looks sharp on a phone can print soft at poster size. Send the original, not a screenshot.
